is a good starter place to train your first levels and money, these npc's drops key parts, use the key on the chest in crafting guild(you obtain a uncut dragonstone and random items or sell the key 15-30k ea (prices can change)
taverly dungeon
here you can find alot of npc's with all kind of combat level
dragons (money making)

dragon bones are 35-50k ea (prices change)

-there are only 2godwars bosses: armadyl and bandos
-there are chaotic weapons and ancient curses but you can't use them in pvp (pvm only)
-if you lose untradeable items(rune defender,torso,void,ect) in pvp or pvm, you can go pick it up at the place you died (you have a time limit)
-for faster prayer xp (x3) use your bones on the altar at dueling arena
-use the search buttom to find guides or other things fast
